This year\u2019s submissions stood out for their diversity, the richness of the proposed concepts, and an impressively high level of quality. Unfortunately, due to a limited number of spots, we were not able to support the realization of all submitted projects.  <br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>The expert panel \u2014 Sylwia Chutnik, Artur Chrzanowski, Marek Krajewski, and Agata Siwiak \u2014 selected one project for implementation in 2025, along with two others placed on the reserve list. Being placed on the reserve list means that the \u0141\u00f3d\u017a of Many Cultures Festival team will actively seek a format that would allow these projects to be included in next year\u2019s Festival.  <\/p>\n\n<p><br\/>The project selected for implementation as part of the 2025 artistic residency.<br\/><strong>Patrycja Kowa\u0144ska \u201eLezbianke\u201d<\/strong><br\/>\u201e<em>For work dedicated to reclaiming queer language in Yiddish and embedding it within the urban space of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.<\/em>\u201d. Sylwia Chutnik <br\/><\/p>\n\n<p>Projects placed on the reserve list:<br\/>1. <strong>Kinga Nguyen &#8220;\u0111\u1eadu ph\u1ee5\/ tofu&#8221;<\/strong><br\/>\u201e<em>For her ability to see, in an everyday object, a means of telling stories both intimate and public \u2014 stories of personal, biographical experience and the fate of the Vietnamese diaspora in Poland; of otherness and belonging. And also, of how cultures intertwine to create new, unique wholes. <\/em>&#8220;. Marek Krajewski <br\/><br\/>2.<strong>Andrzej Fr\u0105czysty \/ Jakub Nowacki Collective &#8220;Robotnicza tera\u017aniejszo\u015b\u0107 \u0141odzi?\u201d<\/strong><br\/>&#8220;<em>The jury recognized the authors of the project &#8220;Robotnicza tera\u017aniejszo\u015b\u0107 \u0141odzi?&#8221; (&#8220;The Working-class present of \u0141\u00f3d\u017a&#8221;) for their social sensitivity and their commitment to examining the labor of workers not only from a historical perspective, but above all through a contemporary lens \u2014 one that takes into account the city\u2019s changing ethnic makeup and the ongoing invisibility of the working class.<\/em>\u201d.
